New Schemes

We are in the process of preparing the management of new schemes of accommodation in the following areas:

  • Thornton Heights Inchicore: Circle VHA has undertaken the management of this new scheme for Dublin City Council. We've had worked in partnership with Dublin City Council and the St Michaels Regeneration Board regarding the management.  This scheme replaced the St Michaels estate. There are 75 high quality units of accommodation being provided with a large crèche and after school facility in the scheme. It is expected that the successful applicants will move into their new homes in September.

  • South Dublin County Council: The scale of this provision has increased to 83 units of accommodation. These units are dispersed in the SDCC area. They are mainly located in Clondalkin, Lucan and Tallaght areas.

  • Fingal County Council: Currently some 49 units are being provided under this RAS scheme. An additional 23 units are to become available in the next 8 months. These units are located in Swords and Balbriggan.
