Rent Review

In February we will be writing to all our tenants requesting them to complete the Confidential Income Statement and to provide us with verification of your changed income circumstances. This form is to be returned within 2 weeks and we will then be able to revise your rent payment for the coming year.

New Schemes

We are in the process of preparing the management of new schemes of accommodation in the following areas:

Royal Canal Court, Ashtown Dublin 15 - We have procured funding for the acquisition of funding for 7 units for families and persons with physical disabilities
Bridgefoot Court, Dublin 8 - We are to undertake the management of 17 units of accommodation for Dublin City Council
Dun Laoghaire Rathdown Co Council - We are to undertake the management of 14 social leasing units on behlaf of DLRCC
Leased Units - We are in active discussions with a number of local authorities and developers regarding the leasing of properties on a long term basis
